Is in the foreground, looking up the Cass River towards the Gamack Range. In the middle of summer. A drive along a gravel road, and then a short 4wd track to get near the edge of the lake. A return visit in winter is on the cards after a dusting of snow. All with the Canon RP, 70-200 f4 L. Some with a polarizing filter. Gary

Same lake, but with Two Thumb Range (honestly, I am not making it up, and who names these places?) in the background. I like the how the cloud rolls over the hills. The same hills that is in the background of the guy fishing at the same lake. Gary

Mother nature has give you a great stage, esp like the first two, love the contrasting blues in them, all great scenes.
Cheers Ray. I was going to ease off with these types of images, and go looking for some others. I am really spoilt here and we need to go out and explore some other places. Hopefully in about a month or so, we will take a week off work and go out somewhere new. Well, that's the plan. Thanks Caladina. The mountain fed lakes have a unique colour all of their own.
