Nature Red Rose

    A common thing with digital images is that the REDS can easily clip. So to get a good balance of colour and detail, I find the best way is to shade the flower so no direct sunlight hits the flower. Also drop the exposure.

    No worries Gary - life's a learning curve for us all. I got a bit tired of the reds always clipping and couldn't really get any answers as to why it happens on digital sensors. Anyway, this is what works for me to overcome it. I hope it works for you :)
