hi everyone total novice here been using my canon 1300d for the last 2 years. Was just pointing and shooting pics as you do and lost interest so the camera got put away. Roll forward to this year and due to the current circumstances going on i was put on furlough by work. And just happened to come across a you tube video about the canon 1300d and what it could do . So i started watching more vids and going out and trying them . To say im amazed at what a clever little box of tricks the camera is . Is a total understatement . really enjoying night time photography and some of the pics taken are amazing. its now becoming a good little hobby.

Hi John, I'm a new member myself, first time with a Canon camera and still learning. The picture looks like High Force up in Teesdale, used to live in Stockton, but back down in the South East again

Hi John, welcome to the forum. These little boxes with a lens attached to them are pretty smart things. I'm looking forward to seeing some of your night time photos.

I have had a quick look at your images. Your doing well. I see that a couple of images could be stitched together to make one wider image if you're interested.

Sorry, I am not meaning to confuse you. But it is not just the camera that can do some smart things. So if we take your two same location images, we can join them together (stitching)

All pretty quick and easy. Sing out if you need a hand. One of us will point you in the right direction.
