Thanks Craig. That one is the bad lands in Death Valley national park, California. It is also scanned from a film roll.
It is nice to see you using film, it is also a passion of mine. I am slowly building a darkroom under my house, I have all the equipment, it's the flooring, wall framing, is next to be done.
This film was done some years ago, about decade old. I gave up this when quality films became scarce and fewer labs were processing the films.
Being new here, I'm still poking around and came across this thread. I love a good black and white image so I thought I'd post one with a slight twist. I see many black and whites using "selective colour" (usually red), which gives them a bit of interest. Most are with ladies red lips or a red umbrella or dress. Me, I prefer cars!
Did selective color processing on a recently posted image. The texture of rock is more dramatic in b&w.
been a while since i actually off loaded some smudges to the comp, been busy with stuff so i just been taking a few here and there. one of the things i fiddled with (leave it!!!!) was the picture style things on the M50 not composed or anything just testing each one out, i liked this one of our Bar/welsh dresser from the grainy b/w style, think i'll have to do a few more of these. lens was 22mm pancake m mount, ƒ2.8
