    The English name for this place is the Pancake Rocks. At high tide there are blow holes, but we were there at low tide.

    In Tasmania we have a place called the Blow Hole, it is a huge sea-cave that the ocean blast water out of it when the tide comes in. Nearby there is sandstone rocks which look like someone put down pavers which are naturally formed. These are called the Tessellated pavements.

    I took a friend to a Native Plant sale, We had to wait for 20 minutes in line to get into the sale area, we had to wait a further 10 minutes (where the image was taken) to get to the area my friend wanted to go to. native plant sale.jpg

    This is the East end of Berridale Beach, prior to the 1970s, this beach was packed every weekend and a thriving caravan park was established there.
    Since the introduction of the sewage system in the area, the water is now heavily polluted and the caravan park gone. Berridale Beach.jpg

    I rarely process in B&W, by coincidence i recently photographed our Cat “Punky”

    The color version was not doing anything for me, I decided to convert to B&W

    I prefer it over the color.
