One of my first attempts with my new T6 and 55-250mm lens.

 

what a nice shot of such a colorful bird! what do you think of your camera and lens so far?

 

While it is an entry level camera and I have moved on a little past that, I am finding it to be most adequate for what I need at the present time. It has a very fast focus and with the 55-250mm is stm lens as you can see I think it is an excellent combo for anybody.

 

hey, if it gets the shots you want, that's what counts.

i really like the 55-250 STM myself - my son has the previous 55-250 non-STM, and i find it's not as sharp.

 

I'm glad that the STM lens came in the kit. I have heard as you commented that the non STM wasn't as sharp.

 

nice - did the kit also include the 18-55 STM?

 

Actually no, just IS but that's fine i use the 55-250mm most of the time.

 

Great image! The sharpness is very good, this lens is a must have! Maybe after I get the nifty-fifty...

 

Make sure you get the STM lens as I heard the one without just IS isn't quite as good. You may want to check that though.
