    the image has good detail but there is something about it that isn't quite right, i keep coming back to it, maybe its over edited, it looks processed but in a way thats hard to put your finger on.
    maybe some 'natural' detail lost in the edit?
    really not sure what it is.
    still a great image

    I want to thank everyone for the comments and input. I wanted to test the resolution in this camera's sensor and this was the result. Here is the full frame image, and as you can see I cropped it quite a bit. 0X0A0692b1.jpg

    The body was my new (just received) 5Ds and the lens used was a Canon 300mm f2.8L non-IS (an oldie).

    The settings in camera are as follows: ISO 320, f3.2 @ 1/500.
