This months photo topic is Luck or Lucky, and if that's a bit too abstract just shoot something related to Saint Patrick's Day.

    Happy shooting!

    Again, the rules are simple:
    • Should be be using some canon gear , this is a canon forum after all.
    • Shot with the assignment in mind, go out and shoot something new don't dig up something from the archives.
    • and most importantly have fun.

We did green last year in march I was thinking this would be a bit more wide open approach to St Patrick's in march, seems like its quite the opposite. ...
Besides the St Patty's photos, horse shoes and rabbit feet, there is also gambling /casino subject matter that I can think of.

trouble with St Patrick's day is no one around here can go out due to lockdown, i do play an online game where i can go kill a few leprechauns and see if i can find one carrying a grape, the grape is a random drop for the day so finding one is lucky in the first place, finding one on a leppy would be very lucky

BONUS a parking spot outside the Shopping center's front door, now that was lucky. Parking Spot.jpg This image took some time to take as the lady who was parked there, on leaving from the main entrance to her car, decided to talk to 3 different people and the poor sole who was collecting the trolleys, then made a call on her phone, finally she got into her car, reversed back with out looking and nearly run over two women crossing the road. With the two irate women yelling abuse at her she zoom off out of the car park. If you look at the shopping trolley against the wall, that was the one she was using, the trolley bay is just out of sight but laziness prevailed and she left it against the wall. Parking time for this spot is 20 minutes for disabled.
All up time was 19 minutes not including the time she spent in the Shopping center, this is why I dislike going shopping.

I have bought a 100mm Zeiss Makro Planar Objective. F-2. And as soon as it got to me, I tried it by taking the pictures for this month.

Sometimes to know if you are lucky that someone loves you, you resort to peeling the Daisy.

Among the pots on my terrace, I have not found any four-leaf clover. Oxalis corniculata.jpg

José, there is a simple way to get a 4 leaf clover.
Remove a leaf from another plant and super glue it on, instant 4 leaf clover.
    Warning may bring bad luck.

I don't think this is a good idea, my ex-wife's brother may have tried this and now he wants to be known as Lisa. Best to leave luck alone.

I have never heard of five leaves, but I have heard of four, but I have never seen any.
