I am sending you a photograph of the silhouette of Dracena variegata, a plant that I have inside my house, on the bright window. Dracena marginata.jpg

Another photograph is the silhouette of some willow branches, which appear in a bouquet of dried flowers. Flores secas al contraluz.jpg

In the back of a boutique, in my neighborhood, if you looked at the shopwindow, you could see this mannequin, someone had painted the heart. I think you can see shadows and the enigmatic figure of the Mannequin Sombras de maniqui.jpg

A pot of Anthurium with a flower, you can see the shadow on the side where the sun did not touch it which was sneaking in through the window. Another curiosity is that you can see two primary and two complementary colors, when I edited them I raised the saturation quite a bit. Tiesto de Anturio.jpg

I have tried to reflect on the wood the shadow of a violin, in miniature. I don't know if I have succeeded.
All these photographs are taken with the recently purchased ZEISS 100mm f / 2 ZE Makro-Planar T. lens. Violín y su sombra.jpg

Beautiful photographs of silhouettes, the first of the orange sky, is the one I like the most.

José, there is a saying "nothing ventured nothing gained". The fact that you set the image up and tried something out o your comfort zone is success within itself and further success would be if others follow your example.

It's the Merry Month of May and time for a new photo comp, Ray has just put up a interesting image using converging lines, could be a possible theme for this month.
