That time of the year

    Again.

    Yes, the time of year I like the most. The days are getting shorter. The harsh sunlight is going, the softer winter light is coming. It's cold. But I like this time of the year the most to be honest with you. The first dusting of light snow. I think that it can only get better. We will be back at this place soon. To be honest, we were checking out the place where we go to do night sky shots. Pity about the current moon phase.

    Neat shot, particularly the first, as for the moon shots, we are due for a blood red moon on Wednesday 26 of this month, I am hoping for a cloudless night for once. We are getting the same conditions down here in Tasmania, woke up to a nice dusting of snow on Mt. Wellington last Monday morning, it lasted till 11.00 am.

    I am hoping for clear skies as well. At the moment, things are looking positive according to the weather cast. If it stays like that, I will have a go at it.

    You lucky duck, just checked the forecast for here and it is high clouds and rain, just like 2018 when the last one .

    A rather nice looking trout fishing water.
