I decided to drive to the lake yesterday evening to shoot some sunset photos. Here are a few I was able to get.
A nice series of images, Scott. Of the four, I prefer, the 3rd one as it reminds me of the lakes around the central plateau area of Tasmania.
Thank you very much. I was actually in Tasmania in 2016. What a beautiful place. I got some wonderful photos while there.
Scott, amazing pictures. Interesting because we are in east central Tennessee tonight on our way to Asheville for a week. Thanks for sharing!
Scott, did you get to see Hobart and the surrounding areas from the top of Mt. Wellington, We had some undesirable from the Mainland wanting to build a ugly cable-car on the Organ Pipes, which is at the peak of the mountain and polluting the reserve with tourists, thus destroying the ecology of the area. This man had the Gaul to call it Hobart's dirty little secret when the majority of locals kicked up so much fuss it was rejected. This would have been the 4th attempt to build one on the mountain since the mountain and surrounding area was made a reserve, all have been rejected by the Majority of locals.
We went to Hobart and it was beautiful. We also went to Richmond. I got some wonderful photos of the bridge from a distance. What a nice little town. We drove up to Mt. Wellington. It was a clear day and my photos were awesome. We went to Port Arthur to see the penal colony. I remembered studying about it when I was a child in school. We also went to a Tasmanian sanctuary two times: Once during the day and then after dark to see the nocturnal animals. We had a great time while there.
