I reckon only about a couple of weeks left until the lake is completely dry.

Thank you friend! I have many photos of them. They are so beautiful and graceful. Unfortunately the main lake finally dried up on Wednesday 23rd Feb.

Great capture mate. What do they do when the water dries up. Find another lake or pond?

Cheers Sundar. The ducks head over to a larger lake close by. It's flanked by a railway line and major highway so as soon as the rains come to fill our little lake they all come back where it's a lot quieter fro them. The rains should come within a couple of months. We've had a really long hot summer with 11 days over 40℃. So far in Feb we have had 2 days over 40℃, 109 days over 35℃ and 7 days over 30℃.
