I'm guessing the camera got a bit hot if you had that many red and white dots 1 pixel in size. These can be mapped for auto removal with a good editor like Lightroom as hot and dead pixels are common even on a new camera. Welcome to astrophotography
do you have noise reduction available for the time lapse mode? i know i have it on stills mode in the M50 where the camera will do a second image and deduct hot pixels if the exp time is over one second, not sure if thats a thing for timelapse
*Maybe I didn't understand the question.* 1 shot every 25 seconds, if it count with shutter speed, i get 25 seconds-15 seconds and i get 1 shot every 10 seconds. I will also try on the posts that you sent me. And yet, these are definitely not broken pixels, since there were the same dots on the phone when I took pictures at night.
I guess my point was that depending on the sensor, pixels that white red or even green crosses happen (i think green crosses are a Nikon thing) as the sensor gets hot. (long exposure, high ISO, and time-lapse all would contribute) I am not clear what you meant by the dots are on your phone, if the phones camera picked them up they would be in the sky in reality and not a camera issue.
