Nice to see you back in the swing of things, Gary. I think the stand out feature of this image is it catches the eye immediately.
Thanks for your comments Kevin. This was a saw the shot, and then couldn't find where the camera stuff box was buried under other boxes. More luck than good planning. Just too much work, and not enough time for anything else. Gary
Setting up a new house takes time, even more if it is up the the wife's standard and various changes. After it is done, getting away for a bit of photography will be relaxing.
I have to be honest with you Craig, I am getting sick of winter. Roll on spring and some warmth. Thanks. I saw this at the same place last year, and when we were out that way again this year, I was planning to pull over and grab an image. Gary
Gary, cold I can live with but we have been getting wind and heavy rain and some flooding, This has stuffed the opening off the trout fishing season here in Tasmania, especially in the Derwent river, with the influx of fresh water into the river, it has put the fish of the bite. Roll on summer and he spring insect hatches, Oh and some marvelous photo opportunities.
Cool images, Gary, makes me want to show up with my fly-fishing gear. I hear the trout fishing is excellent in New Zealand.
I would love to but the almighty dollar is some what lacking in my bank account, but I do have a rich uncle who is a regular visitor.
Thanks for the comment Craig. I cropped out the top and bottom because there was not much of interest going on there. Gary
