A wise old owl

    Owl In Cades Cove (5 of 8).jpg I finally got to photograph an owl. I was driving through Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park searching for black bears. No luck on the bears, but I ran onto this old fellow. I've never been able to photograph an owl until now. My life is complete... Well, almost!

    It's always nice to get some images of something that you didn't aim to get, but you did.
