It's been a while since our last color challenge.

This months photo challenger is "Pick a Color:Red".

    Happy shooting!

    Again, the rules are simple:
    • Should be be using some canon gear , this is a canon forum after all.
    • Shot with the assignment in mind, go out and shoot something new don't dig up something from the archives.
    • and most importantly have fun.

Great choice in colour, this should be a good test of the red ability in the sensors and displays to which we know are some of the harder colours to replicate for some pieces of silicon,

the image above was more for the comedy title that anything else :p

Nice selection, Caladina. I have a old battered one with a lot of the paint worn off.

I have been eyeballing this letterbox for some time now but this suits the challenge nicely, I put it into photohop put a second layer over the original image, converted the overlaying layer to black and white. Used the erazer tool to remove parts of the image to reveal the red motor under the top layer. Letterbox.jpg So I have only one red colour in the image.

Whilst keeping an eye open for this months challenge subjects and inspired by one of Ohm's images I took this opportunity to grab a shot for the challenge and do 10 selfies at the same time ......
