Thank you. Thanks as well. There is garden with sculptures scattered around it not that far from home. We have been there before. At the moment, we are heading into autumn, so loads of grey skies and little direct sun. It will be a place to revisit once spring rolls around and it comes alive again. Gary
Sundar, you have outdone yourself with this one. The tonal range is excellent, the birds really stand out against the foreground and background.
After looking at your first photos and now at this one you have developed quite a bit as a photographer, especially in your black and white shots, well done
Thanks Ray. Feel free to fly over. I have just had a look at the weather forecast, and we are heading into the negatives later on in the week. So I may go back to this place next weekend. It is the first time for a while I have been able to get out. To get to this location, the 4WD had to be dragged out. Thanks Craig. To be honest, I am now "looking" for the use of a better word for mono images. I do have a number of fails, but every now and then it comes together. Gary
That is how we learn, Gary. If we don't get out and fail we don't learn from those mistakes, the more we try the more mistakes to learn from, the better we become.
You can see where I was trying to go with this image. I arrived at this place too late in the day, so we were cast in shadows. I would have loved to catch the image with the full sun on it. Gary
