Hi - I normally shoot with a Canon 70D and I shoot in RAW. I have a MAC and always use the Adobe DNG Converter and use Adobe Bridge. I rented an 80D to have as a backup for the wedding (they didn't have a 70D) and I was able to download the RAW images to my computer but now they are not being recognized. When I try to convert them, my DNG converter says "The source folder does not contain any supported camera raw files." Does any one know what I can do to convert these? I see the thumbnails, so they are there.
My guess is this is a version adobe raw issue. Since they are constantly updating adobe raw to support newer cameras.
I was going to suggest doing a check for software updates as a first option. Second option would be looking at something like gimp that can open the files, and then export them. Gary
https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=6969 has the most recent adobe camera raw converter.
I'm actually on holiday using my phone. But there should be a help section with a check for software updates. Gary
Unfortunately it says I can't down load it because I don't have OS X 10.3 or higher. I have OS El Capitain. I have to figure out how to upgrade that now.
