Hi, I cannot find size requirements for posting images (pixel dimensions (maximum) and kb size. Is there somewhere I should be looking?
Also, where can I find the "Forum Rules"?
    Cheers.

    Isac,

For the image size, it depends on what kind of member you are. If you go to create a new thread, and attempt to upload a photo, you will be presented with this screen:

    Untitled.jpg

In my case, I can upload 1920x1080 maximum, with a 1MB max file.

Thanks Phil. I don't get that message. I just use Drag-&-Drop. I can drag and drop any size image and it accepts it and it appears that it is resized in the uploading process. This image is 3456 x 2304 and 3.86 MB. When downloaded it is only 1620 x 1080 and 278kb.
All good to know, I've been resizing (between 1024 or 1600 longest size) but it seems it's not necessary if Xenforo does it for me.

I just downloaded your flower image and it has been reduced to 1470 x 1080 @ 157kb, so if it's too big it just gets resized by Xenforo.
Drag and Drop is much easier and quicker, give it a try.

what do you see the advantages being between drag and drop and through the browse computer way?
    the one above was D&D,

Caladina, This is a bit technical for me but the image was pretty neat.

I'm on a few forums and to keep track I have folders for each and sub folders for the month/year of the posts. after editing I can just place the image into the appropriate folder, go on to the forum and just drag the image into a new thread - a lot quicker than browsing. I don't have to search for the images as they are already in the open folder ready to just drag in and drop. At the end of every month I have automated zipping and back-up and deleting for all folders. If I need an image for referral later on, I just search the zip backup and retrieve it. It works for me and is very easy, but maybe not for everybody.
