Hello everyone, I am new here and not too efficient with forums. I am 80 years old and have been having fun with my Canon 7D. Now I am trying to expand my familiarity with the camera and it's capabilities. So I look forward to gaining that knowledge here. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, Canon Kid just because you are 80 does not mean you give up learning new things and experiences. Now that you have more time on your hands, you need to keep the mind and the body active, the alternative is to slowly waist away in front of the TV or some such inactivity. We have a close community on the forum , always willing to help.

80 years young and having fun. It sounds as if you could teach us all something.

    And welcome to the forum.

May the first thing to look at outside of the forum is You Tube, there is heaps of videos on your camera, it is a simple matter of typing in Canon 7D, any more questions put it t the forum. We will have people here who will get back to with a answer
