Downloading 6DMk2 to Samsung S21

    I can connect my 6D Mk2 to Samsung S21 via WiFi but the download button stays greyed out.

    How do I download the pics?

    It may help a bit to know more about all the steps you performed. However I never do what your doing, I only download to the computer. I'm hoping others jump in. But they will definitely want it broke down into what exactly you have done to connect and exactly at what step your trying to download images.

    I have got a bit further. I've connected via Bluetooth then WiFi then opened camera connect to download but when I do that cc closes
    Have uninstall and reinstalled but still the same..
