Hello everyone, I've bought a Canon rebel xs camera and I have recently seen the 02 error. It says to format the sd card (that I have already done 10 times). I take 3/4 snapshot and the message pop up again. It's a common problem but I was wondering if anyone knows what Sd card I need to get? Anyone else had this problem? If yes please, how am I going to sort it out? It's an American version of the camera. Thanks
Hello and welcome to the forum. But if I were you, I would go out and buy another SD card as my first step in trying to fix this problem. Gary
I would suggest instead of formatting on your computer, format the card within the camera's menu. This ensures the format aligns with the camera's specific requirements. Also, as suggested earlier, use a different SD card because even if you formatted your current card several times, it could go wrong.
