I usually use the mics in my 5Dmk4 and when doing so the audio level bars show the audio levels as they go up and down, so I can see its in the safe zone. I have a reason to put a mic on my G3X but I can't get the audio indicators to appear. Am I missing something or did Canon just not allow an audio levels indicator on the screen unless you are actually in the audio menu? Seems an of thing to leave out of the specification. Thanks J
