Early morning footage. Looks horrible and grainy and even out of focus.
My settings were ISO100 (i was shooting this low to try and elliminate graininess) , shuitter speed 1/50 F7.1 (kit lens) My first time doing this and looking to improve my footage.

Definitely under exposed, whilst you were right to keep the ISO low you have gone too far. Using ISO 400 or less should prevent noise (not grain, you only get that with film) in situations like this it would help to open the aperture a bit, possibly f5.6. At f7.1 the autofocus will probably struggle a bit and may be the cause of the out of focus look.
It is also a backlit scene which will fool the cameras meter into under exposure and needs a different metering approach or exposure compensation.

It's true that boosting ISO to around 400 will help without getting much noise, and an aperture of f/5.6 or lower could make a big difference, especially in low light. Also, check your shutter speed; 1/50 can work, but going slightly faster (if your lighting allows) can enhance sharpness.
You might even try shooting in manual mode to get more control over exposure settings for tricky lighting. BTW, how are you handling white balance currently?

Op hasnt logged in since he posted, so not sure if he will see the feedback,

The short of it is you are underexposed, under exposure will introduce graininess even in lower ISO.
You can even see some improvement as the sunlight light slight increases in the background your face gets a tad brighter and focus trues up from the very beginning.

It really doesn't matter if you open up aperture, slow down the shutter or add ISO, you may decide not to push some too far for specific reasons, like opening up to 2.8 or 4 if available will make for a really shallow depth of field making it harder for you and the guitar to be in focus. ISO probably can go up above 400 if really needed but just be careful.
