I have just bought an R5 and installed the latest version of Utility software. It does not regonise my older 5D mark 2 which my son is going to use. Can anyone advise Many thanks Mike
the 5dmk2 is one of many cameras that use the EOS utility v2, the new v3 and the older v2 can run in parallel on the same machine, you need to select your camera and os on the canon site to find the right versions of software that have the right drivers.
