    Hi

I have sent in my Canon Powershot SX740HS to the UK service centre for a warranty repair and I got an email saying my repair was complete and that my camera was on it’s way back to me. I then got one from customer service with the DHL tracking and that I had to use a certain link. When I clicked that it’s the Germany DHL site and is being shipped from there to my house in the UK.

Anyone got an idea why it’s coming back from Germany when I sent it to the UK centre? Is it a replacement product?

    I’ll appreciate all help. Thanks

Due to Covid-19, certain repairs may be 'farmed out' to other repair centres, - certain repair centres may only handle specific product groups during this time.
