    Hello!

I have Canon EOS R8 camera and I would like to buy screen protector. However, I've heard that some users of R8 and RP have a problem that after mounting a protector the flap with the display cannot be closed correctly (as if the protector was too thick). Do you use any kind of protector that would eliminate this problem, or is the R8 simply not designed to stick a protector on the screen?

My thoughts is that and screen protector that would be really nice would also be a bit thick and probably have issues with the flap if you close it with the screen inside. That said I have not had a articulating screen on my cameras, nor have I ever used a protector on any of them (hell i don't even add them to my iPhones).

So maybe we have some users of the new r series cameras here that can add their experience. :) I can say that any company like canon / nikon etc... probably are not designing the camera with the thought you would put a protector on, otherwise they would sell you one they add themselves.
