Hi. My R6 MK II Froze today while using with 24-105 kit lense. The screen became Grey and the view finder was totally blank. No button was operating. I removed a battery and reinstalled it. Then everything started working. I am surprised that this shoukd happen with just two weeks old camera

I'm not sure what you are hoping to achieve from your post. If it happens again then I would suggest that you contact either the retailer who sold you the camera or go directly to Canon.
If it doesn't happen again then don't worry about it, although you have paid a lot of money for a nice piece of equipment that you expect to be perfect what you have bought is a mass produced item that can have minor software and hardware glitches that crop up on the odd occasion and this applies to all makes and models of cameras. Try not to let it bother you and all the time it is working properly just enjoy it.

This is a known issue that is extremely rare in most cases and very hard to replicate, so no point sending it into Canon.

It happened once on my R6 and once on my R6II. Only solution is to remove the battery.

It's one of those things we have to live with.

If it happens frequently and makes it unusable, I would return it.

Sometimes, electronic devices, including cameras, can encounter software glitches that lead to temporary freezing or unresponsiveness. If the issue was a one-time occurrence, it might have been due to a minor software hiccup. So, its better that you keep the firmware updated.

I've not updated to the most recent firmware (1.1.2) as it does address any issues that are relevant to me, and there's no mention of the freezing issue, only 'minor issues'.
