Lens: Pentax-DA 18~55mm AL Lens Camera: Pentax k-50 Photo Location: Sherwood Forest. ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/30s Aperture: F5.6 Focal Length 55mm, Manual Exposure Mode, No flash and used CWA Metering. I say a tough day at shooting and this image is why. I had a lot of difficulty getting this red tamed down to make it acceptable to display. I am really not exactly in love with it, but suffice it to say I did my best even in the presets and PPE. Red can be a tough nut to crack sometimes. To make matters even worse, this flower was absolutely beautiful, and I was unable to capture all that beauty. Thanks for viewing. TT
I think you have done a pretty good job with that one, Tony. But then, I did not see what you started with. And I have had some flowers that were difficult to process, so I know where you are coming from.
Thanks Ray, appreciate your support. As luck would have it, I was having trouble with the K-50. Even with a fully charged battery, and with it on, the camera behaved as though it was off. Low voltage surge. I turned it off for a few minutes and then back on and it seemed to be alright. Geezz, the things that happen to us. Regards, Tony
