    This is Doris, my daughter's 1970 Morris Minor which, driven by yours truly, will take her to her wedding on Saturday the 12th June.

    By a great stroke of serendipity, the car was first registered on... wait for it... the 12th June.

    i can see the thought process, Rolls Royce or horse drawn carriage for the wedding and no new lens or the moggy and a new lens................

    Ah, memories memories, John. I had a 4-door version of one of those for many years. It served me very well but not as long as that one. That looks very nice. And it has a lot of life left in it.
