Both fine landscapes Sundar. Lovely muted colours and good framing. Although fog gives the illusion that make images look a bit blurred, these are not showing that - nice and sharp mate. Just a lift in the shadows in #1 for me.
Thanks Isac. As you said they are naturally blurred and better left alone as nature intended it to be. I did lift the shadows earlier and maybe it needs a bit more.
By the way these images were shot on an elephant safari. This location is famous for Great one horned Indian Rhino. Saw some of them too.
Some more images giving a flavor of the place. The shots were made on an elephant safari. Elephant is the only mode of transport here as the growth is very thick and in addition this is also a habitat for Tigers.
I made a couple of adjustments and noticed the sky was pink at the top! Amazing colour. This is what I meant about a shadows lift - only in the foreground to show the vegetation. Done with a gradient map mask. I like the crop shape too.
Lovely B&W image with good tones Craig. Maybe it would look a bit like this in "The Golden Hour" (with a straightened horizon)
Really good images there Sundar! Being there would have been great - as opposed to us only seeing your beautiful photos which is a bit intangible really. That rhino is classic and a definite keeper. Superb work mate!
Today was the first day in 3 weeks when it was not raining , In the past I have spent a lot of time fishing for bream and trout at and around this spot. and the Sunrise is as you put it very serene but the fishing varies.
You have got very close to what a Sunrise/Sunset looks like as I have spent a lot of time fishing at this spot many times.
