I recently bought the EOS M200 and I realized that the screen doesn't completely touch the back, leaving a small space in between. If I push it, it goes all the way to the back, but then it returns to that point. It works just fine, I was just wondering, has anyone had the same thing happening? I know it's not a big deal, but I'm trying to figure out if the camera had been used before or if it was brand new when I got it. The picture posted below isn't mine, but that's exactly how it looks.

    Most likely brand new.
The hinge of the display panel has to carry all the wiring to the display, as the display is turned or folded then all those wires have to bend and twist, when new they can be a bit stiff, once it has been used for a while the wiring will become more flexible and easier to move so the back should sit easier on the body.
Incidentally the constant twisting and turning of these wires makes them a weak point in the camera design and prone to failure as the camera gets older which is why a lot of professional cameras do not have moveable displays.
