EOS R5 + EF 24-70 f/2.8 L USM lens (first generation), with Canon EF-EOS R mount adapter. As you can see in the first 2 seconds of this video, there were two sudden shift/movement of the image, with a weird sound. Another sudden shift was at around the 5th second. I hand-held the camera while zooming. There was no external object to hit or bump into the camera or lens. Sample video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QiFBsknuUuHTZJ1Ad0gSiT9tDbJCrNZH/view?usp=sharing This occurs not very often, kind of rare. But it could ruin a whole footage. Not sure if it is the lens issue because I don't have other lenses to verify. And it is rare and hard to reproduce. I got the same issue when I was using a 3rd-party mount adapter months ago. I'm posting here to see if anyone else has ever seen similar issues.
