EOS Utility not working.

    Hi Guys
    I've been using the EOS utility and DPP for years, and always downloaded images to my Windows 10 PC with a cable. Recently it's refused to recognise the cable connection and only shows a Wifi connection. . Idon't want to set up a new connection over WiFi- is there any way I can revert to a wired connection? BTW I have uninstalled EOS3 and reinstalled the latest version 3.15.20

    Have you tried a different USB cable? It could be the cord or the camera port or the computer usb port. I would try to rule out as many of those as possible.
