    Hey guys, I’m new lol
I have recently upgraded from a old canon to a eos r. I bought one used last week and I love it.
After about 30 shots , I am getting a error code 30. I have the opportunity to return it. From what I have found, it’s a shutter malfunction I think.
When I called the place they said it could be anything and said it might just need a new battery.
Should I have them send a battery or a different camera?
I just don’t know enough about shutters.
    Any advice would be great.

I would return while you can. I wouldn't mess with something already acting glitchy.

    A little Canon stuff
I would be sending it back and asking for a replacement unit.
