Hello everyone. I've recently picked up a new R6MII, RF 50 f1.8, RF 16 f2.8, and RF 100-400 f5.6-8. This is my first full frame camera, and my first Canon in what seems like forever. Started with various point and shoots as a kid, then a Canon T2i, Pentax Kx, RX100M2, Fuji X-T20, X-H1, X-T4, and until recently the X-H2S. Why did I switch? A simple answer. I want reliable autofocus for moving targets. My cats, dogs, bicycles, motorcycles, people, birds, etc. I REALLY enjoyed most of what the X-H2S offered, but it simply did not have accurate autofocus, so here I am. So far the Canon has exactly what I am looking for and color me impressed at it's supernatural AF. The learning curve is steep, and I find I am doing reverse equivalency calculations as I am coming from nothing but APS-C. I'm looking forward to being educated in all things Canon.
