    Thanks for that Kevin, unfortunately both the bird and I missed, the heron missed the fish and came up empty, and with the reactions of a striking Sloth I missed the shot I was after and this is actually a picture of the heron coming back out of the water after striking. In my defence the herons can stand stock still for minutes on end and don't appear to give any signal of when they are about to strike.
