This is what happens when I try to change white balance:
Menu > Custom White Balance > an image that I have shot shows up.
How can I find the page showing sun, cloudy, shade ... for changing the settings?
    Thanks.

I believe there is a dial on back with a WB button. You can verify in the user manual. Using this should bring up some basic auto white balance options. What you are using is the custom white balance which is used to select a photo shot with your lighting of your grey card and set the WB very accurately.
