    Equipment:
canon 90d body , canon ef 50mm f/1.4 ideal for portrait and close up ,canon ef 50mm f/1.8 for general use , a canon 24 to 105 and a canon ef 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS MKII lens for wildlife and dolphin watching in Scotland , i also have a 1.4 extender for the 100 to 400
I have an eos 90d and get the app/camera to talk to each other.
In my smartphone settings i turned blue tooth on/off and it found my camera.
I then ran the canon connect and went through the instructions , after a very long time the camera reported target not found , i have looked at various tutorials and have no idea what i am doing wrong.

Update for anyone who sees this , canon finally confirmed the app does not work on android 10 or above , android is now version 12

This seems poorly handled then on their part, granted I don't think DSLR users are heavy users of the phone app, but that is very surprising to not keep it up.
