It is odd how my M42 adapter works prefectly on my 450D; but on the D60 I cannot tighten it all the way, for an Err01 occurs upon shooting. I had to not allow the adapter to "click" all the way in... It may affect infinite focus, but for macro stuff works fine.

I have a similar sort of problem with my 1D mark3, the adapter fits fine on the 60D but a little tight to fit to the 1D.
Other than that the lenses work fine.

Are there any Canon brand adapters for their bodies and 3rd party lenses? I know Canon does not like the 3rd party people that much...
