Is the 6d Mark II really worse in lower ISO settings than the 80d?

I’m aware the 6d Mark II is much better in higher ISOs than the 80d (the camera I am currently using). But what about the lower ISO setting for daytime shooting? Is it better than the 80d, the same, or worse?

This is the only thing that I am currently trying to figure out, as I am trying to weigh out the pros and cons of selling my 80d and copping a 6d Mk II. Also, I should ask, is it worth the upgrade? I hear lots of talk that the 6d Mark II is almost like “the full frame version of the 80d” since their specs are so similar.
