I've had on on again/off again affair with photography, never really got serious. Bought a Samsung mirrorless DSLR a few years ago....paid too much, was too complicated and too finicky for my pay grade and it discouraged me. A few days ago I traded it in (for peanuts) on a new T6 kit with an extra 75-300mm zoom...damn good deal @ $550 after a $200 instant rebate. Although I've yet to achieve an "OH WOW" shot, I sense that it's coming. The T6 seems very simple to use...it's ergonomic and easy to understand. I just ordered the Canon 24mm f/2.8 STM lens and can't wait to try it out. Hope to pick up some tips and post some pics as I move forward. Tom
Nice! The T6 is a great camera for starters! I always advise people to spend money in lenses rather than on a camera body.
