    Well done. So unlike our Black and White maggies here in Oz.
    Framing wise, always try to get animals/birds/people etc looking into the image and not out of the image. I call it the "Rule of Gaze and Movement" which is leaving enough space in the front of the subject so the viewer can follow the direction of the gaze or movement. You can also use Rule Of Thirds to frame your subject to give it balance and create a more pleasing image. Have a look at these images HERE.
