You're welcome Tony. I have the 7Dii also. I was going to get that lens but after a few reviews about lacking sharpness I canned the idea. I went for the Tamron 18-400 and happy with the choice. I rarely change lenses now as it covers most of what I do. I'm glad your lens works for you.
It is unfortunately a very underrated lens. I have read some reviews by professional photographers and they had no problem singing its praises. Thnx again, mate. Tony
indeed it is a lovely image my goto flower lens is the vintage M42 mount Pentacon 50mm ƒ1.8, the renders are very nice
