From one image to the next, my SX620HS has suddenly changed from exposing everything correctly to badly over-exposing. It’s worst outside in natural sunlight, where the images are totally blown out. Indoor pictures are also over-exposed but the pictures are useable. Indoor pictures with flash seem to be correctly exposed. (Outdoor with flash is still over-exposed.) I’ve been through both the paper and PDF manuals, have tried in Program mode to tweak exposure, ISO, white balance, etc,. to no avail. Attached pictures show a correctly-exposed image of our two cats (indoors, with flash) and the very next image (but several days later) of a squirrel drinking from our bird-fountain, outside in natural sunlight, badly overexposed. Well, it looks to me like the camera is “broken,” but I’d much prefer to learn I simply did something stupid in the settings and there’s an easy fix. If not, it will have to go in for repair or replacement, depending on cost. 8BF74B95-33D2-4B94-8439-FD3BDE154279 by Jeremy Nichols posted May 14, 2022 at 1:58 PM A07FFE9A-83DF-4B3B-94B7-1EB8B9AD6F6B by Jeremy Nichols posted May 14, 2022 at 1:58 PM A21F5290-151F-4D6D-9596-A557745C4BF3 by Jeremy Nichols posted May 14, 2022 at 1:58 PM
