Proud of myself

    Equipment:
    Canon EOS 7D, EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS, EF 75-300 mm f/4.0-5.6 III, Manfrotto BeFree tripod
    Thrown myself in at the deep end wanting, and trying to do various types of photo, especially as I have a mountain to climb in terms of learning! These are 3 of my latest shots, which I am really proud of, as I didn't think they would come out as well as they did.... SB7_7427.jpg

    All pictures taken with an EOS 7D with 18-135 lens. Both insect shots were freehand, whereas the night shot was on my tripod.

    I'm always open to constructive crticism to help improve!

    Dave, I'd say your getting on top of the curve - I really like the boat pic!

    I think I just got lucky haha! Glad you like the boat pic, I have a plan to re shoot one of the flowers, thats in the boat soon, as it looks amazing with the sun setting in the background
