I'm so pleased with my new gear a EOS R7 with RF100-500mm F4.5-7.1 L IS USM
especially, with the eye tracking when locked on to a bird in flight.

BUT my only disappointment is that when I'm trying to photograph a bird in flight with a noisy background, for example close to reeds and the like, I'm missing so many shots I would have managed with my previous Canon great using spot AF and AF expanded to 4 or 6.

Is there a quick way in settings to resolve this issue, possibly a quick way to change in the field to spot focus only and then back to my original settings using eye recognition ?
