This house is in Annandale in Sydney near where I grew up. My photog mates and I revisited the area in 2018 and one of my priorities was to get photographs of it.
You can read more about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Abbey,_Annandale

The reason why I am showing this again is that this magnificent house is now For Sale with an asking price of AU$15 million. It is a little bit out of my price range. :):D

    Thank you, Craig and Caladina.
There is quite a love story to its history. The original owner/designer/builder built it to woo his girlfriend who had gone back to England. Sadly, his grand design did not work and she did not return. Now we wait to see if someone with deep pockets takes possession of this magnificent residence.

Wonderful images sir. Only 15 million? I wonder if they'll take a check. Eh, eh. :))

Thank you, Gary. The 1Ds and a cheap 28-80mm kit lens performed well that day.

No, I don't think that they would take instalments.

Maybe you could see me living there but I couldn't. I would get lost inside that huge house. Not my style. I was just happy being able to take a photo of it.
