I am a little hung up on the different focus settings and haven't found a clear guide on what focus setting to use depending on the situation. My current dilemma is trying to track birds in flight and maintain focus. I use a Sigma 150-600 lens while shooting wildlife but not sure which focus setting to use. Also, when I use my AF button on the back of my camera....should I press the button until the subject is in focus and release it or keep depressing the AF button.

    Thanks!
