Hi Kevin. This one is has me puzzled with your settings choice. , exposure wise. 1/100 sec / f/13 /ISO 100 / Shutter priority / Metering: Multi-segment / 44 mm I'm not sure why you chose Shutter priority. Next time, try Manual / f/5.6 - f/8 / ISO Auto / 1/500th sec. That's just a starting point, so you can adjust the aperture and shutter speeds after checking the results. I'm really surprised that the histogram shows a flat line on the lower line. Have a search on how to read the histogram and what it means about the luminance of the pixels in an image. It will help with getting the right exposure for your photos. The pony image is really blown in the highlights which loses definition and detail. Another thing to do is take an AUTO test shot and look at the histogram and all the settings, which will give you an idea of settings you can try in Manual mode.
